The living room contains a swing and aesthetically pleasing furniture ideal for guests who enjoy good ambiance and peaceful spaces.
Guests come here to relax and refuel but also for work because we’re centrally located in Jacksonville, FL. With easy access to all the major hospitals and entertainment.
The beach is 20 miles away while the fabulous San Marco area of Jacksonville is only 4 miles away. We’re just across the St. John’s River from the Riverside area too.
The house itself provides 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full). The primary bedroom has a private bathroom while the others share a bathroom.
An outdoor grill and cozy deck with carnival lighting for chill evenings and good food.
For electric car owners you can charge up in the garage. I’ve provided a converter for Non-Tesla vehicles.
