Welcome to this quaint house in the middle of Jacksonville, FL. Inside, guests will find 4 rooms that can sleep up to 7 people.



The living room contains a swing and aesthetically pleasing furniture ideal for guests who enjoy good ambiance and peaceful spaces.



Guests come here to relax and refuel but also for work because we’re centrally located in Jacksonville, FL. With easy access to all the major hospitals and entertainment.



The beach is 15 miles away while the fabulous San Marco area of Jacksonville is only 3 miles away. We’re just across the St. John’s River from the Riverside area too.



The house itself provides 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full). The primary bedroom has a private bathroom while the others share a bathroom.



An outdoor grill and cozy deck with carnival lighting for chill evenings and good food.



For electric car owners you can charge up in the garage. I’ve provided a converter for Non-Tesla vehicles. Please do not attempt to park in the garage. The charger will extend out to to the driveway.

This neighborhood is small and friendly but it’s also centrally located in Jacksonville and just about the same distance to everything. It was also close to work for me at the time.

What makes this property unique

The calm relaxing atmosphere that I’ve created is really peaceful and renewing. The location also makes this property a little unique but it’s hard to beat the swing in the living room.
