Penthouse Apartment Sveti Stefan

The apartment has been completely renovated.
It has a breathtaking view over the whole bay from Sveti Stefan to Budva.
The apartment has a double bedroom and access to the large balcony. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The living area has a sofa bed, a small kitchen and also access to the balcony. The large balcony is at your sole disposal.

The house is on a hill in the village of Sveti Stefan, small supermarkets, restaurants and the beach can be reached on foot (approx. 10-15 minutes to the beach, many stairs). There is paid parking on the beach.
The special thing about the apartment is that it is clean, the hostess tries very hard and the view is one of the most beautiful in Montenegro.

The apartment has a million-dollar view. It's breathtaking and we found it hard to leave. The property was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. It was convenient to be able to walk to local restaurants, grocery, and the breathtaking beaches. Finally, we felt incredibly lucky to have met our host. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. It felt more like visiting a friend than staying in a rental.

I very much enjoyed my stay! The views as others have stated are amazing and the beaches are very close. I went to both Sveti Stefan beach and Queens beach (which was my favorite.) The apartment is at the top of a hill so there are very many steps up from the beach so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. I cooked breakfast in the mornings and sat outside on the balcony in the evenings with beautiful sunsets. It's very peaceful and quite. Wish I had more time there. Thanks Zorica!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zorica ist eine nette, zuvorkommene und stets bemühte Gastgeberin.Da sie im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnt, steht sie auch immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und sogar in deutscher Sprache. Die Beschreibung entspricht den Angaben, wobei man die vielen Treppen auch umgehen kann, indem man die Strasse runterläuft. Direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich gleich die Abfahrtshaltestelle für den Zubringer nach Budva (2,50 pro Person ).Die Terrasse ist der Traum und bietet so viel Platz, daß sogar 2 Liegen Platz haben.Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und sagen "Danke" an Zorica.

Sehr nette (deutschsprachige) Gastgeber die uns sehr nett empfangen haben. Das Zimmer, Küche und Bad waren sauber und entsprechend der Beschreibung ausgestattet. Zudem hatten wir noch einen Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Apartment weiter.

Zorica Ferienwohnung

Das war ein extrem erholsamer Urlaub. Zorica ist eine sehr liebenswürdige Frau . Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend, das Bett sehr bequem und der Blick vom Balkon unbeschreiblich schön. Vom Strand muss man zwar einige Treppen hoch gehen. Wer jedoch zu Fuß nicht gut unterwegs ist, kann am Strand gegen Gebühr parken. Ich kann die Wohnung aus voller Überzeugung weiter empfehlen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet mit einem perfekten Blick über die Bucht von Sveti Stefan. Super Anbindung für Ausflüge, nah an der Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Strand und Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar, viele Treppen, aber alles machbar. Angaben im Inserat entsprechen vor Ort-Gegebenheiten. Erste Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail durch Tochter der Hausbesitzerin, alles auf Deutsch und sehr freundlich. Genauso wie der Empfang vor Ort durch Zorica, sie ist jederzeit ansprechbar, kümmert sich um alles und hat viele Tipps...ganz lieben Dank!
