We’re an Italian-American family who created this condo with a simple idea in mind: to offer a warm, welcoming place in the mountains where people can slow down, recharge, and truly enjoy being here.
The inspiration comes from the Italian Alps and Dolomites, where we’re from. In Italy, a rifugio is a mountain refuge, a cozy lodge you reach after a long day outdoors, where you find warmth, rest, and a sense of relief. During our own time in the Alps, arriving at a rifugio always meant comfort, calm, and that quiet happiness that comes from being exactly where you’re supposed to be.

When our daughter was born, we wanted to create a place where she could grow up experiencing the mountains the way we love them: skiing, playing in the snow, and enjoying the simple rhythm of mountain life. That vision guided how we approached this home: practical, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, without being overdone.

We’ve stocked and updated the condo with care, focusing on comfort, ease, and the details that matter. Our goal is for you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. This wants to be a place to land, breathe, and relax, whether your days are filled with adventure or quiet moments.
