Our accommodation offers the perfect combination of comfort and tranquillity, with a sunny terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the sea. The terrace, equipped with a table for four people and an awning to protect you from the warm Mallorcan sun, is ideal for leisurely breakfasts before starting your day at the beach.
Inside, the floor is characterized by its luminosity and cozy design. The living room, which opens onto the terrace, has two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The kitchen, decorated in a charming Mediterranean style in blue and white tones, is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is also a table for four people, perfect for those moments when you prefer to enjoy your meals indoors.
The dwelling consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms are bright and cosy, with the double bed room offering ample wardrobe space to store your belongings. The spacious bathroom with a luxurious shower completes the comfortable experience.
Located on the first floor of a small apartment community in Cala Marçal, Felanitx, our flat is perfect for families. Just 80 metres from the beach and surrounded by amenities such as a small supermarket, children's playground and local restaurants, the property offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and convenience. Just 1 km away, you will find Portocolom, a picturesque fishing village with shops, restaurants and a variety of activities. Palma is 65 km from the property.
