Das Objekt lag ca. 1 km von Porto Cristo entfernt umgeben von Orangen- und Zitronenanlagen, recht idyllisch. Allerdings leben dort ca. 60 Hühner und auch einige Hähne, die morgens um 5 Uhr zu krähen begannen, 10 m vom Haus entfernt.Das Haus ist ungepflegt, es roch moderig und in der Küche tummelten sich immer wieder Kakalaken. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, die Küche alt und verkommen. Die Krönung war, dass es nachts bei heftigem Regen in dem Zimmer, in dem unser Sohn mit unserem 4-jährigen Enkel übernachtete, durch regnete. Das Bett war durchnässt und wir haben im Topf das Wasser gesammelt. Erst nach Aufforderung am nächsten Abend haben wir eine neue Matratze und Bettzeug bekommen. Der Vermieter meinte, wir können ja die nächste Nacht oben auf der Terrasse einen Behälter für das Regenwasser aufstellen. Zum Glück regnete es nicht mehr. Auch wenn der Vermieter freundlich war und wir Eier und Orangen bekamen, können wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Wir sind Ferienhaus erprobt und nicht besonders pingelig, aber das übertraf jegliche unangenehmen Erfahrungen.

Maison ancienne mais confortable Environnement très agréable Beaucoup de linge (draps, serviettes ....) à disposition ce qui est trés bien . Bon accueil à l arrivée.
