Perfect for our family of six. Lovely house with a great terrace and pool. Just a few minutes’ walk from a beautiful beach and convenient shopping options. The location is also a great starting point if you're up for a short hike to nearby beaches like cala varques.

Very bright house with large terraces and private pool.

Everything about our stay at this property was fabulous.Even with late arrival, host was there to greet us and show us around the property. Property was clean, furnished to a great standard and well stocked with everything we needed. Air conditioned throughout.Outside patio area and private pool were amazing. Trees next to the pool have grown since the photos on vrbo, so the pool was private and not overlooked. 2 minute walk to Cala Mandia and 10 minute walk to Cala Anguilla. Lovely clean sandy coves, with lifeguards and great snorkelling.As a rock climber the property was within walking distance or short drive of many local rock climbing venues.

Great place for two with easy access to explore or spend time outside at the pool

Check in was easy and Maria was very accommodating and easy to reach ! Perfect for us to explore the island with beaches nearby and easy access to restos, grocery and lots to do !! Sept is the perfect time to visit and Maria’s place was perfect for us…

Summer 2023

Very warm and kind landlords. Everything was well organized and very professional. Nice House with airco and pool. Tow beaches are just a few minutes away. Good location.

This villa is spectacular and new

Pros: We loved every part of our vacation while staying in this property. The house was well equipped with all of the essentials that you would require on a self catering holiday. The close proximity to small immediate needs shops is less then a few steps away, with full grocery shopping to stock up a 5 min drive. The access to a beautiful cove type beach 50 meters away was perfect for us and used at least 3 times a day, as well as easy access to drive to other beautiful blue flag rated beaches on the island. Perfectly situated to relax local or drive and explore. The owners were extremely professional with prompt communication and very accommodating. Cons: We had our 1.5 year old baby with us and villa has 2 small stairs that were a danger to him so we had to block them of, not a big deal at all. The outside pool access area also had a large drop off and stairs as well, again not a big deal as our baby is never out of a hands reach or holding hands while walking but he love the pool and would drive to it, making his feet very slippery on the outdoor tile and indoor tile floors creating slip hazards. Again, we manage our baby well but something to consider for parents, stairs and possibly slippery floors in and out. Also to note is that surrounding area resort hotels have live entertainment that can be heard at very loud levels starting every day at about 11 in the afternoon until about 0100 in the morning and if the villa is open at all you will enjoy as well. Pool is not heated and during our stay very cold we could not utilize past the ankle (Sept 17-24) but understood our trip was at the end of the season. In closing, we would go back without a doubt but as the baby is a little older and the house would be safer. But if booking with older children or none at all wonderful and recommended. However, for the price there may be better options for a family looking to rest and relax.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und abends ist alles wunderschön beleuchtet – richtig stimmungsvoll. Besonders toll: Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer! Die Lage ist top – ruhig, aber nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick – Erholung pur und herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Terrasse mit Blick aus das Meer – perfekt, um morgens den ersten Kaffee zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben 10 erholsame Tage in diesem modernen Haus verbracht, das vor allem durch seine Sauberkeit, die bequemen Betten, Pool, gut ausgestatteter Küche, großes gemütliches Sofa und der ausgezeichneten Lage besticht. In zweiter Reihe zum Meer, nur etwa 100 Treppenstufen sind zu überwinden bis man innerhalb von 3 Minuten den nächsten Strand erreicht. Der Vermieter ist uns entgegengekommen, so dass wir einige Stunden früher und einige Stunden später ein- bzw. auschecken konnten. Das fanden wir sehr nett. Ende Mai war es in der Gegend wunderbar leer und da vor dem Haus nur eine Einbahnstraße ist, war es schön ruhig. 2 Hotels in der Umgebung hatten ab und an Abendprogramm, das wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Das Haus könnte durch ein paar kleine Verbesserungen optimiert werden. Die Bilder sind schon einige Jahre alt. Positiv ist, dass die Thujahecke so hoch gewachsen ist, dass das Grundstück absolut uneinsehbar ist. Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Wie von anderen angemerkt, hallt es im Essbereich durch die hohen Decken. Die Gartendusche funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht, 2 Fenster ließen sich nicht absperren und der Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück, wie auch die Garage war nicht nutzbar. In der Küche kam nur kaltes Wasser aus dem Hahn. Uns hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen und wir wollen wiederkommen.

War alles sehr schön, aber etwas Luft nach oben

Wir waren im Oktober mit 5 Personen in diesem Haus. Es ist alles ganz schön und ordentlich, jedoch nicht ganz perfekt. Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu und es könnte schon mal das ein oder andere im und am Haus gemacht werden. Die Bilder sind schon etwas älter und täuschen über den aktuellen Zustand etwas hinweg. Trotzdem kann man sich wohlfühlen und wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht. Als kleiner Tipp: es sollten ein paar Stoffe (Teppiche, Vorhänge oder sowas) verwendet werden, weil man schon ein Echo im Wohnzimmer hat und sich wie in einer Halle fühlt. Mit wenigen Mitteln könnte man hier noch viel mehr draus machen. Danke an die Vermieter für den schönen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt und die gute Kommunikation.

Sehr schönes Haus für die ganze Familie

Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt, entspricht zu 100% den Bildern im Internet und ist in Laufdistanz zum nächst gelegenen Strand. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich sehr gut und es besticht dadurch, dass alles auf einer Ebene ist. Der Pool ist, gerade auch für kleinere Kinder, super. Der Urlaub war ein Traum, wir kommen wieder.

Entspannung, Sonne, Strand, Pool - fast alles perfekt

Objektdarstellung wie auf den Bilden angegeben, auch wenn diese wohl schon ein paar Jahre alt sind. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die sich noch persönlich um das Objekt kümmern und somit die Qualität hoch halten. Gute Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktionszeit bei Wünschen mit/ durch den Vermieter. Ein paar kleinere Anpassungsvorschläge haben wir dem Vermieter persönlich durchgegeben und eine ausführliche Antwort erhalten. Gute Lage, aber ein Fahrzeug ist empfehlenswert um deutlich flexibler zu sein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns gut erholt!

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist genauso ausgestattet, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Drei Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar, die tagsüber gut besucht, aber nicht überlaufen sind. Dort kann man Liegen/Sonnenschirme zu vernünftigen Preisen mieten. Auf den Terrassen findet man jederzeit ein schattiges Plätzchen, wenn man mal nicht an den Strand möchte. Zusätzlich kann man sich im großen Pool abkühlen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In der Nähe sind einige Restaurants und Supermärkte vorhanden. Die Supermärkte sind preislich etwas teuer, eben wie man es aus Urlaubsorten kennt. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns stimmte alles. Danke! :-)

Can only recommend this lovely house. We stayed there for 14 days and especially enjoyed the pool and the sonny terraces. Wonderful beaches and a small supermarket within a very short distance. A lot of restaurants in the nearby cities. Location perfect for running - about 3 km to Porto Christo where you can run on a path most of the time.

Agréable séjour en famille

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est bien équipée et possède tout ce qu'il faut. On y trouve une belle plage, un supermarché tout près de la maison et quelques restaurants. Miquel et Antonia sont très sympa, à l'écoute et dispo. J'ai cependant quelques remarques : - Je ne vois pas dans l'annonce, qu'il faut payer la consommation pour la climatisation en sus de la location. - Il est écrit qu'on bénéficiait d'un parking "intérieur", ce n'était pas le cas pour nous. Je souligne qu'il y avait des places extérieur quand même. - Concernant la literie, la taille des oreillers étaient un peu petits. - Une bouteille d'eau fraiche serait la bienvenue à l'arrivée, dans la plupart des locations de villas que nous avons faites, nous avons toujours trouvé une bouteille d'eau pour se désaltérer à l'arrivée ;-) Voilà, nous somme triste d'avoir quitté ce petit coin agréable déjà.

Maravillosas vacaciones

Acabamos de volver a casa tras pasar unas maravillosas vacaciones en Mallorca. Elegimos esta preciosa zona de Manacor por ser uno de los entornos más bonitos de la isla. La casa es amplia y muy cómoda, hemos estado como en casa, tiene todos los detalles y comodidades con la ventaja de estar al lado de la playa. El acceso a la playa es a través de unas escaleras que dan directamente a Cala Mendia, una preciosa cala de aguas turquesas y fina arena blanca. Tiene un chiringuito estupendo en donde se puede comer buen pescado a la brasa. Fuimos en pleno Agosto y no había mucha gente. A pocos metros hay otra cala preciosa, Cala Anguila, muy similar a la primera y no muy lejos, está Cala romántica. la localización ha sido todo un acierto pues Portocristo (Cuevas del Drach) se encuentra a escasos 5 min en coche y es ideal para una buena cena o para las salidas en barco, hemos tenido además la oportunidad de visitar otras zonas pues Cala Mandia esta muy bien comunicada. Sin embargo, si algo se merece especial mención de este maravilloso viaje son los anfitriones, a los que queremos agradecerles expresamente haber contribuido en tan gran medida a unas vacaciones inolvidables; desde el primer momento nos han ayudado, aconsejado y agasajado. Ha sido un placer concocerles y no podemos otra cosa que recomendar el alquiler de su casa, seguro que como huésped disfruta de unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Schönes Ferienhaus an der Cala Mandia

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, der Aussenbereich sehr schön angelegt und gemütlich. Die Lage ist ganz zentral, d.h. man kann morgens schnell Brötchen und Kleinigkeiten im Spar-Markt fußläufig besorgen oder am Abend auch mal zu Fuß Essen gehen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, insbesondere der Küche, lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ebenso fehlen noch Sitzauflagen für Außenbestuhlung und Liegestühle die für deutlich mehr Komfort sorgen würden. Weiteres Manko ist die Aussendusche, die leider nicht funktionierte. Gegenüber liegt eine große Hotelanlage, die am Abend mit Ihrem Programm nicht zu überhören war, wo jedoch um 23:30 h meist Ruhe einkehrte. Wir würden allerdings das Objekt wieder buchen, da die negativen Punkte uns nicht so sehr gestört haben.
