You can expect an exceptional design villa (new construction 2016) in the beautiful south-east of Mallorca for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The 600sqm large, lovingly created, private property offers a 9x3m large pool, a 70sqm terrace with large dining area and a cozy garden lounge, which can be shaded by a screen. At the covered dining area with the large barbecue grill you will spend convivial days and nights outdoors.

On the relax island or one of the 4 loungers you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine at the private pool. Due to the dimensions 9x3m, the pool is not only suitable for swimming, but also offers ambitious swimmers a perfect size. The pool, as well as the entire garden, is cleaned regularly and can be lit in the evening atmospheric.

On the upper floor of the villa is a large bedroom with direct access to the 25sqm balcony. Here you can end the day with a glass of wine in the cozy designer armchairs. The quiet bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (160x200cm), a large wardrobe and satellite TV.

On the same floor is a large bathroom with double vanity, separate toilet and a huge walk-in rain shower, hair dryer, storage space for toiletries.
Another special feature is the adjoining balcony with an outdoor shower for outdoor shower fun.

Also on the upper floor is our small bedroom with a sofa bed, which can be converted into a full 140x200cm bed with high quality mattress.

The further bedroom on the ground floor accommodates two 90x200cm boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed as well as in the form of two single beds. In addition, this room has a large built-in wardrobe, as well as a satellite TV.
Next door is another modern bathroom, also with walk-in rain shower and hair dryer.

Highlight of the house is the over two floors open living space with a cozy sitting area including satellite TV. The sofa can be converted if necessary to a 160x200cm bed with good mattress and thus offers enough space for 2 people.
The large dining area is equipped with high quality designer furniture. If the weather is not perfect, you can spend nice hours here with family or friends.

The adjoining, top modern kitchen with a meal bar makes every hobby chef's heart beat. It offers high quality electrical appliances (oven with steamer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, magic wand, induction hob ...) and also a built-in water filter, which ensures drinking water quality.
In the utility room is the modern washing machine with dryer function, as well as iron and vacuum cleaner ready.

In the house and on the whole property you have access to the free wireless high-speed Internet connection. So you can surf in the open air.

The entire house can be cooled in the summer with the environmentally friendly air conditioning (air heat pump) and keep comfortably warm in winter. The impressive XXL alu sliding shutters not only look great, but also help to keep the temperature comfortable in the summer.

Of course you can leave bed linen and towels at home, we provide these.

You can park your rental car safely on the private parking space.

The villa is located in a secure community, which includes a huge, well-maintained community pool with adjoining children's playground. As our guest you get exclusive access to this area.

The beautiful, family beach of Cala Murada is only 800m away and can be reached perfectly with the bicycles.
The beach includes a beach restaurant, where you can enjoy excellent paella at reasonable prices.
Other restaurants and two small supermarkets (fresh rolls in the morning) are only a few minutes away by bike and car.

Cala Murada is a small, original, Mallorcan village, which is busy all year round. From here you can explore the island with the car. You may visit the beautiful market in Santanyi on Wednesdays or Saturdays, stop in one of the delicious seafood restaurants in nearby Porto Colom and a trip to Palma should always be on your travel list.

The keys are personally handed over by our nice administrator, who will be at your disposal during your stay.
