FOR CHILDREN: VARIOUS TYPES OF SWINGS. SLIDE. SAND. BASKETBALL HALLS. OUTDOOR TABLE AND BLACKBOARD WITH CHALK. BALLS. FOOTBALL GOALS. PING-PONG........ ALSO INDOOR AND OUTDOOR BOARD GAMES.
The recently renewed interior has been terminated in a total amount of three very spacious levels. New furniture has been added which makes the house quite modern; including satellite TV, two chimneys, new electrical appliances (refrigerator, ovens, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle...), plus new exterior furniture. All types of food can be cooked and enjoyed since you can use a wooden stove, a recently built barbecue, one semi-professional electric oven, and others, while you are eating outside under the new pergola facing the mountains.
The place has been decorated in a way that one can be comfortable and cosy in it, like if one was at home. Lots of different spaces make the house very enjoyable, e.g. one face is directed to the sea and the other to the mountains.
There is a large porch in which one can relax and drink a cup of tea, a coffee, or an ice-cream. You can also sunbath on the wooden deck chairs near the pool (MEASURES AND DEPTH 4x12 m, and 1.30x2.20 m, respectively) while having a refreshing bath will be a real pleasure.
Tranquility is something that will not lack, since the place is in a peaceful location.
Walking or running are activities which can be done since the place is surrounded with paths.

The Finca was great. There are plenty options for children. Also the Finca was prepared very nice. Food, drinks, towels...We enjoyed it very much. Thanks to the nice owner and his daughter.

A lovely villa with incredible hosts.

We had a great time at the villa. Our two children utterly loved the pool, swing, slide, basketball and ping pong. It kept them so well entertained. The evenings eating out on the terrace with the views of the hills were so perfect. Loved it. Thanks Gueim!

Super tolle Finca mit einzigartigen Ausblick!

At first I wanna say thank you to Guiem and Cati for the wonderful time and the perfect support. The house has a super nice view and big pool. I had a amazing time with my Family. We will come back! That’s for sure!

Really nice relaxing trip. Owners couldn't have been more helpful. Great POOL.

Was concerned as 1st time with VRBO but all went well. You need a car to get to town. As there was hot weather the air conditioning was a welcome boon. While living there never felt like I was missing anything. I would go back.

Beautiful and peaceful location close to Nadal Academy

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Guiem’s home. The home is well distributed with amazing views off the back terrace, a beautiful and large pool, and very clean presentation. The location was ideal for our daily commute to the Rafa Nadal academy and afforded us the opportunity to prepare meals and enjoy time together in between the busy schedule. The property is perfectly set up for outdoor enjoyment with ping pong table, backer ball and soccer half court, swing sets, hammocks, toys and even a chalkboard for the kids. We were grateful for Guiem’s care, answering our questions, making recommendations and caring for the property. Truly enjoyable experience in arural setting.

A wonderful family experience

We had a wonderful time staying here. Guiem was an incredible host, always being available and providing advice. The house is spacious and beautiful. Our kids have never spent so much time swimming! The pool is great and the view from the house is gorgeous. Its close enough to Manacor that its very easy to pop in for dinner and shopping, but it is also very secluded, and being there you won't see anyone else, just the rolling Mallorcan hills. Many wonderful beaches are only 20 mins away. This was the perfect home for us as we wanted privacy, a pool, ease of access to Manacor and the beaches in the northwest of Mallorca. I'd highly recommend this for anyone looking for the same.

A hidden Gem

From check-in right up until check-out we found Guiem and his daughter to be fantastic and attentive hosts. They met always at agreed times and were on hand for any questions. The villa itself is spacious and traditional in its feel, it is in a lovely location which is very peaceful, there is plenty to do at the villa to keep you entertained and its really up to you if you venture out. We have 3 children aged form 5 to 14 and at no point did they struggle to stay entertained. Cooking was a breeze with an outdoor BBQ and Pizza oven, you also have an indoor cooker which is large and powerful. There are almost limitless utensils and pots and pans to use, and then a good size dishwasher to keep things clean. The outdoor space is a great size and the pool was a lovely temperature, with also a good depth for a villa pool, so the kids could dive in and swim around without fear of hitting the bottom. You will need a car if you stay at the villa, just so you can about and into the local towns. We would love to stay again in the future and cannot recommend highly enough.

“An Unforgettable Holiday Retreat: A Review of Excellence”

I recently had the most brilliant experience staying in this holiday home with my family, I can't praise it enough. This was our first time opting for a holiday home, and it exceeded all our expectations, especially after years of traditional holiday packages. The hosts, Guiem and his daughter, were simply exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect and were incredibly helpful throughout. The house itself was nothing short of stunning, equipped with everything and more than you could possibly ask for. Guiem even took care of pool maintenance, making sure not to disturb our holiday by coming around very early on a few occasions. The air conditioning was a blessing, especially during the peak of the season. For the kids, there was an abundance of activities to keep them entertained - a pool, basketball court, football pitch, sandpit, park, table tennis, and indoor games. The photos online really don't do justice to how fantastic the place is. The location of the house is idyllic, nestled between picturesque mountains with breathtaking views, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It's also conveniently located, with two supermarkets just an 8-minute drive away and Manacor center nearby. Additionally, it's only a 20-minute drive to Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo, and other beautiful destinations, making it easy to enjoy a day at the beach or exploring charming towns. We are so looking forward to coming back again!!

Die Finca war wunderschön groß, ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Man hatte alles, was man für einen Erholungsurlaub auf Mallorca benötigt. Der große Pool war sehr schön und auch für Kinder gab es allerhand Spielzeug und einen schönen Spielplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Liebevoller Empfang inkl. gekühlten Getränken, ruhige Lage, traumhafter Pool, Basketballplatz, Hängematte, Schaukeln, Strandspielzeug,…alles im Haus war wie beschrieben.Wir können dieses Haus und auch den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen!

Wunderbare Finca, wunderbarer Vermieter

Meine Ehemann und ich waren im September 2024 mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern für 12 Tage in der Finca von Guiem und träumen heute noch von diesem wunderschönen Ort der Entspannung und Entschleunigung, der herrlichen Aussicht sowie der großzügigen Poolanlage. Gemietet hatten wir diese Finca vor allem aufgrund der tollen Bewertungen und vergeben nach diesem Urlaub uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne 😀 Die Finca, Mobiliar & Ausstattung sowie Poolanlage & Terrasse.... alles ist in bestem gepflegtem Zustand und trägt natürlich so zu einem absolut sorgenfreien Urlaub bei. Den Vermieter Guiem sowie seine Tochter Caty haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen, sie sind so liebe und herzliche Menschen und man spürt, dass Ihnen das Wohlergehen Ihrer Mieter sehr wichtig sind. Da zwei von uns Veganer sind, haben Sie uns sogar sofort Restaurantsempfehlungen per WhatsApp geschickt. Guiem kam wie vereinbart immer Dienstags, Donnerstags und Samstags ganz früh morgens, als wir alle noch schliefen, zur Reinigung der Poolanlage vorbei und nahm unseren Abfall zur Entsorgung mit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Guiemˋs Finca sehr genossen und würden sie am liebsten sofort wieder mieten... im Falle eines Lottogewinnes auch gerne für 1 Jahr 😉 Herzliche Grüße nach Manacor, Christine & Familie

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit traumhaften Ausblick und tollem Pool!!

Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist wirklich atemberaubend, wir vermissen die Abende mit den Sonnenuntergängen auf der Terrasse! Erholung pur! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auch ein Basketballplatz mit Zubehör ist vorhanden. Die Kinder hatten auf jeden Fall ihren Spaß, nicht zuletzt durch den schönen und großen Pool! Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr nett und auch jederzeit erreichbar. Der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Wenn man für sich sein möchte, weitab von den Massenhotels, dann ist die Lage genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns richtig gut erholt! Klare Empfehlung!

Dejligt og rolig

Flot men øde beliggenhed, med en dejlig og fuldstændig stille udsigt over marker og bjerge.. Skøn pool/område. Men uden børnedybde desværre.. Aircon virkede perfekt.. Haven og indkørsel kunne godt gøres hyggeligere.. Men alt i alt udemærket... Manarco blev vi aldrig fan af, så vi kørte istedet til porto cristo og spiste aftensmad..

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus 🏡

Wir durften eine wundervolle Woche mit 4 Personen in diesem zauberhaften Haus verbringen. Guiem und seine Tochter sind sehr liebevolle und hilfsbereite Menschen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen idyllischen Lage, der Pool mit seiner Größe ist ein Traum. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist excellent, es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt, von Küchengeräten und Utensilien bis über Handtüchern, alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir sind mit einem tränenden Auge abgereist und hoffen bald wieder Gäste sein zu können ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit

Traumhaft schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und super sauber! Die Lage des Hauses ist atemberaubend schön und idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Auch der Besitzer des Hauses und seine Tochter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen!

Traumhafter Blick!

Leider waren wir nur eine Woche in dem schönen Haus. Wir haben uns in der ruhigen Umgebung super erholt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Für uns besonders schön war auch der pool, welcher richtig warm war. Immer wieder gern!

Schöner Rückzugsort mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Die Abwicklung hat super geklappt und Guiem und seine Tochter haben alles super organisiert. Der Pool ist ein Highlight, ebenso der Basketballplatz :-)

Fantastic Villa - Exceeded expectations - HUGE grounds.

What an amazing find! Everything from the outset was spot on with the communication and arrival process being flawless. The host even allowed us to check in a few hours early which was very much appreciated. The villa location is breathtaking. No picture can pay it justice - the landscape and views were stunning. Our most pleasant surprise was the size of the property grounds. It is enormous! Should you choose to, you could easily go and hide yourself away with a book in one of the various seating areas undisturbed. No such luck whilst travelling with a 3 and a 6 year old...! The pool is spotless, as was all of the extremely well equipped property. We had everything we needed and only left to get provisions from one of the nearby supermarkets ( 5 - 10 min drive). Perfect for young families with a play area / swing / climbing frame / slide / sand pit but also great for older kids (and adults) with a Football net and basketball court area with 2 hoops. We would without hesitation stop here again, and would very much recommend it. Thank you so much to Guiem and his family.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca

Eine super ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick, die ohne Mietwagen nur schwer zu erreichen ist. Neben dem Pool, der mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt wird, befindet sich außen ein kleiner Basketball-Platz sowie ein Grill und ein Steinofen, wenn man mal Pizza auf die alte Art zubereiten möchte. Die Kommunikation mit Guiem und seiner Tochter, die vor Ort als Dolmetscherin fungierte, war gar kein Problem. Toller, erholsamer Urlaub, wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schön und sauber

Es war sehr schön, alles ist sauber, gut organisiert und Gebrauchsmittel wie Handtücher, Küchenmaschinen, Besteck, Gläser u.s.w waren im Überfluss vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat alles mit liebe gemacht und kümmert sich sehr um das Objekt, jeden zweiten Tag kam er zum Poolreinigen. Außerdem ist er nett und ein herzlicher Mensch. Die Umgebung ist super und es ist so schön gelegen und entspannend. Man sollte allerdings einen Mietwagen dazu buchen. Freuen uns wieder zu kommen.

Sehr schöne Finca mit tollem Ausblick.

Die Finca ist etwas abgelegen, was wir als Vorteil empfanden. Die Aussicht, wenn man auf der Terrasse Frühstück - unbezahlbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, gerade in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht und mehr. Insgesamt ist es sehr sauber und der Pool wird alle zwei Tage gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Gerne wieder
