Welcome to your 40 m² apartment, located on the 1st Upper floor of the small apartment complex "Hafenresidenz", just a few steps from the harbor and the beach, but very quietly located in a side street. Up to 3 people can enjoy a wonderful Baltic holiday here in peace.

The apartment is bright and friendly. The 1-room apartment has a small kitchenette with an induction cooker, a dining area and a sofa bed and double bed (180x200cm). On balmy summer evenings and a glass of wine, you can enjoy the somewhat restricted lake view from the balcony.

For parking, use the underground car park belonging to the house with lifting space (L 500cm x W 200cm x H 150cm)

Harbor, beach, town center, bus stop and the ferry pier to Kiel can be reached on foot in just 1 minute. This makes the apartment particularly suitable for guests who want to travel without their own car.

From May to September there is a free beach chair available on the beach. Depending on the weather, your beach chair could be available earlier or later.

Wunderschöne Wohnung für Herbsturlaub in Laboe

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für einen Urlaub in Laboe entschieden und dieses Apartment gebucht. Es war sauber, toll ausgestattet und für uns Drei absolut die richtige Wahl! Nah am Hafen. Im Herbst sogar mit Blick aufs Meer - ein Traum.
