About this property

The duplex apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th Floor of the beach hotel on the land side, directly on the beach promenade and the extensive, beautiful sandy beach of Laboe.

From the hall you can reach the shower room on the left as well as the combined living room, which has a kitchenette and a dining area for 3 people. From the living room you get to a balcony where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning sun.

The beautiful view ranges from the outer fjord with lighthouse, surfing area and cenotaph over the city panorama with windmill to the marina. The bedroom can be reached via a samba staircase (space-saving staircase). Guests who want to have it more convenient can also use the separate entrance directly from the stairwell with the hallway.

From your holiday home you can easily reach the harbor, the center, many restaurants and the swimming pool. With the ford steamer, which you can easily reach on foot, you can take it to Kiel by water and take a look at the inner fjord from this perspective. Long paths on the beach invite you to take distinctive hikes and bike tours. But there is also a lot to discover in the hinterland. Check yourself!
