Getting Around:

Getting around Coco Condo is easy! While Rincón is best explored by car, we offer free parking on-site. The nearest airport, Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN), is approximately a 1-hour drive away. For exploring the local area, walking and cycling are popular options, with many beaches, restaurants, and shops within a short distance. Public transportation options are limited in Rincón, so we recommend having a car for maximum flexibility during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that while we don't have direct beach access, the nearest beach is just a 4-minute drive away. The pool is shared with other units in the condominium.



Events and/or parties are not allowed.



Comfortably fits a family of five. Up to two additional guests may sleep in an extendable sofa or inflatable bed. Additional charges will apply for more than 5 guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!



1. No Smoking Inside – A $250 fine will be applied if smoking is detected inside the apartment, plus any additional costs for cleaning supplies and staff needed to restore the unit.

2. Checkout Time is 11:00 AM – Guests who remain in the property past 11:00 AM will be charged $150 per additional hour unless previously arranged.

3. No Parties or Loud Gatherings – Unauthorized parties or excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and an additional fine of $500.

4. Only Registered Guests Allowed – Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors may result in a penalty or cancellation of the stay.

5. Respect for Property and Neighbors – Please treat the space with care and be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Any damage caused will be the guest’s responsibility.
