Holiday by the Sea

Enjoy your next Sylt vacation in this fantastic island residence. Right in the middle and yet quiet – in the best city center location, only two minutes from the North Sea, this recently modernized three-room apartment is located on the third floor of a multi-family house with an elevator.

Experience pure island feeling in approximately 75 m² of total space. From the entrance area with a wardrobe and guest toilet, you enter the spacious living room with a corner sofa and flat-screen TV, a cozy dining area with a corner bench, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand appliances.

The large window front with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the approximately 10 m² south-facing balcony with a view over Westerland to the North Sea illuminates the living area. Relax on your balcony with the sound of the sea and the pure sea air of Sylt.

In the attic, there are two comfortably sized bedrooms with flat-screen TVs and a fantastic sea view, ample closet space, and the renovated, brightly tiled bathroom with double washbasin and shower.

In the basement, the apartment has an underground parking space with a driveway height of 2 m, as well as a bicycle and utility room with a washing machine and dryer for communal use.

NOTE (please read!)

To start your vacation feeling right away, you will find a cozy nest upon your arrival. The beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (excluding children under 3 years). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking.

Also, we would like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We charge you the tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards are available in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre in Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Westerland und können die Wohnung Meerzeit 39 wärmstens empfehlen. Mit ihrer Lage ist man nach wenigen Metern schon am Strand und die Einkaufsmeile direkt vor der Haustüre. Von dem Trubel bekommt man in der Wohnung trotzdem nichts mit, da diese zur Rückseite des Hauses liegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Größere Tassen. So ein Pott Tee oder auch Kaffee ist bei den kleinen Tassen leider nicht möglich. Und noch eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Duschzeugs..., leider hat man in der Dusche nur Platz auf dem Boden.

Schöne Meertage

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage an der Nordsee verbracht und waren sehr froh, dass wir so eine schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung gebucht haben, wenn das Wetter mal nicht zum „draußen sein“ eingeladen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
