A second lounge area with its own seating and TV provides additional space to relax. Outside, the private patio includes lounge seating, artificial turf, and a hot tub, perfect for quiet mornings or evening downtime. The ground floor primary bedroom features a queen bed, mirrored closet doors, a mounted TV, and a fresh green color palette that adds a calm, modern feel, along with a private ensuite bathroom.



Upstairs, the soccer influence becomes more expressive while remaining tasteful. The main suite features a blue toned design inspired by Miami’s professional soccer scene, with a king bed, accent wall, framed Messi jersey, mirrored closets, mounted TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Another upstairs suite pays tribute to Argentina's and Messi's World Cup win in 2022 with an alternative mural design, complemented by themed colors, a mounted TV, and framed jersey.
