Spacious villa (160 m2) with private pool located in Le Muy, a town in the Var department, the sunniest region in France!
The villa is situated on the outskirts of Le Muy in a quiet location, far from the road but not isolated. It is surrounded by olive trees and vines and enjoys a marvellous view of the Rocher de Roquebrune.
Just 20 minutes from Frejus and Saint Raphael, the newly built villa is only about 3 km from motorway exit no. 36, Le Muy, very close (8 km) to the SNCF train station Les Arcs-Draguignan, 75 km from Nice airport and 125 km from Marseille airport. Shopping facilities 5 minutes away by car.
The beaches of Sainte Maxime and surroundings are 25 minutes away, St Tropez about 40 minutes (without traffic jams...). You can reach Cannes in 40 minutes and the "Gorges du Verdon" in an hour.
The villa therefore offers a quiet location and a wide range of comforts as well as an ideal starting point for excursions in the region and to the beach. Provençal market every Thursday and Sunday.
