FeWo ABENDROT - Beautiful semi-detached house between Legoland and Skylinepark

Welcome to the heart of the Augsburg Western Forest Nature Park in the heart of the perennials.

Our modern and comfortable holiday home "Staudensonne" was built in 2015 in the form of a semi-detached house and offers two wonderful new holiday apartments surrounded by a wonderful landscape, which is particularly inviting for hiking, Nordic walking or cycling.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in a bright, stylishly furnished semi-detached house with upscale furnishings on two floors with its own entrance and private south-facing terrace.

Each apartment has a size of 75 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet on the ground floor, an entrance area with a cloakroom, a high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher and the living / dining area with a pull-out bed sofa bed. For our little guests we are happy to provide a children's travel bed (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair.

Our apartments have free WiFi.

You are always welcome with us for a cuddle weekend, short vacation or long stay.

New from summer:
Our guests receive free entry to the Fischach natural swimming pool. The voucher can be redeemed at the ticket office in the natural swimming pool during normal opening hours.

Einschätzung der Unterkunft

Die Wohnung bzw. die Doppelhaushälfte ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem versehen, was man benötigt. Für mich auch sehr positiv ist die ruhige Lage. Der Kontakt mit den freundlichen Gastgebern war problemlos. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung, Umgebung toll

Wir waren für 6 Tage in der Wohnung. Es war alles da was gebraucht wird. Auch Spülmaschinen Tabs, Seife, Handtücher... das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Nette Restaurants zur Verpflegung im Ort und ca. 30 Minuten nach Augsburg in die Stadt. Für uns perfekt um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Rundum zufrieden

Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, sehr sauber, hübsch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! In 500m gibt es einen Bäcker, im Ort ebenfalls einen Edeka-Markt.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung für alle, die Ruhe mögen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen: sauber und gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, geräumig, ruhig und sehr idyllisch gelegen. Mit unserer kleinen Tochter haben wir hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben Ausflüge ins Legoland sowie nach Augsburg gemacht, beides ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Der ganze Ort ist sehr idyllisch und lädt zum Urlaub machen ein. Empfehlen können wir übrigens auch das griechische Restaurant Akropolis (viertel Stunde Fußweg).

Eine schöne Wohnung, allerdings recht abgelegen

Alles verlief unproblematisch, nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Schlafraum ist nur durch eine kleine Wand getrennt, so dass alles sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung in einem kleinen Dörfchen ist. Die Fahrwege sind meistens sehr lang. Aber wem das „egal“ ist, können wir diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Ein sehr schönes Objekt, von dem aus man in alle Richtungen tolle Unternehmungen starten kann. Zu dritt sind wir wunderbar klar gekommen und hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Wichtig zu beachten ist, dass der Schlafbeich durch eine Zwischenwand getrennt ist, getrennte Zimmer gibt es daher nicht. Wer insbesondere mit älteren Kindern mehr Privatsphäre benötigt, ist eventuell nicht gut bedient. Für alle anderen eigent sich die Ferienwohnung sehr gut.

Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je zum Urlaub hatten !

Die Lage ist zunächst vom Eindruck einsam, doch dann stellt sich das Örtchen als sehr schön heraus. Sehr nette, aufgeschlossene, hilfsbereite und unterhaltsame Mitmenschen wohnen dort. Ein toller Bäcker, wo der Bäcker nebenan in der Stube backt und ein kleiner niedlicher Einkaufsladen bieten alles für die Nahversorgung. Die Ferienwohnung, welche sich als Ferienhaushälfte herausstelle, war grandios. Vom Vermieter energetisch selber erbaut, ein Traum. Alles passte bis ins Detail, von den Möbel über die Küche bis zum Bad. Besser als dort kann man nicht urlauben und wir hatten sogar noch mit den beiden Kindern der Viermieter und unseren beiden das herrlich angelegte Gartengrund voll ausnutzen können. Man kann diese Gegend und die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen und wir kommen wieder !
