City Hall Residences - Room Rodeo Drive

Right on Rathausplatz + view!

The shopping mile is on the doorstep, as are many small cafes and restaurants. A parking garage (for a fee) is approx. 250m away.

The room has large south-facing windows (French Balconies) which makes it nice and sunny all day long!

The room is completely new and of high quality

For the guests there is a nice big kitchen in the atrium with coffee machine + bar + TV. However, it is not possible to cook in the kitchen due to the development of smells - there is a microwave for heating food ... as well as a kettle and a coffee machine (tea and coffee + milk + sugar is for free .. !!) In the rooms there are own refrigerators + hair dryers + 50 inch TV! One bathroom has a toilet and a large shower - the other has a toilet and washing facility. You live here like in a hotel at "star level".

Opposite - in 50 mtr. Distance is the "Sissi" ... here my guests can have breakfast and feast on house terms:

This is a bit bigger and costs 5 euros more per night!
The bathroom / toilet and the atrium kitchen are shared - you should only book one of these rooms with other guests!
However, this works without any problems since every room has a fridge, hair dryer, dressing table ... etc. Is provided. So you don't get in the way!
The prices refer to 2 people ... each additional person per night plus 15 euros!

Sauberes Zimmer inmitten von Kempten

Super schallisolierte Fenster, sodass man trotz des Treibens gut schlafen kann. Die Betten waren bequem, der kostenlose Kaffee prima. In den anderen Zimmer war am Wochenenden niemals, daher hatten wir das Gemeinschaftsbad alleine.

Zimmer o.k. aber wenig Privatsphäre

Leider gibt es in dem Inserat keinen Hinweis darauf, dass man sich die Wohnung mit einer Heilpraktikerpraxis teilt und Patienten ein und aus gehen und die Toillette und das Bad mitbenutzen. Küche ist ohne Herd und der Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer und ziemlich laut. Die Lage ist zwar super, aber wir werden trotzdem dort nicht mehr anfragen.

Sehr geschmackvoll

Die Unterkunft erfüllt auch höhere Ansprüche an schönem Wohnen. Moderne und sehr geschmackvolle, geräumige helle Wohnung. Mit Smart TV, W-Lan und eigenem Kühlschrank ist alles vorhanden was für man einen Kurztrip benötigt. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Zuvorkommender, sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Ideal für ein Wochenende in Kempten

Kontakt mit Vermieter fubktionierte reibungslos. Auch das Auschecken war sehr angenehm, einfach den Schlüssel im Briefkasten hinterlegen, fertig! Das Zimmer ist modern, sauber und die Betten sind weich und bequem. Fernseher mit ausklappbarer Wandhalterung und der Möglichkeit zum Netflix schauen. Der WLAN-Gastzugang funktionierte einwandfrei. Bad und Toilette sind außerhalb vom Zimmer und ebenfalls in sauberem und gepflegten Zustand. Für einen Kurztripp oder ein Wochenende in Kempten ist das Zimmer sehr zu empfehlen, da es unmittelbar am Rathausplatz liegt und man überall schnell fußläufig hinkommt. Einziges Manko ist der kleine Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach, der nachts bei Stille etwas laut war.
