The house is located in a quiet cul de sac location in Hooksiel directly on the North Sea in a central location for many leisure activities. The beach is only 3 minutes away by car. The sea water indoor wave pool, a bakery, a restaurant and the spa administration can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Furthermore, a supermarket, petrol station, water ski facility, surf school, Jader racetrack, library etc. are nearby. In the center of the village there is the historic harbor and some cafes. The historic town of Jever is 20 minutes away. The laundry package can optionally be booked per person.
This cozy non-smoking semi-detached house is fully furnished with a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (4 beds and an additional bunk bed for children). A television with DVD player provides entertainment. There is also a washing machine, an ironing board and a high chair. Directly at the house there is a small garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a small grill and a parking space. The apartment is on the ground floor. Ferienhaus Brana

Es war ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang. Im Haus war alles was man braucht. Ich würde das Haus aber höchstens mit drei Personen mieten da es nur eine Dusche gibt. Leider war das Wlan sehr schlecht. Der Parkplatz ist auch etwas unglücklich gelegen.

Schönes Haus und tolle Lage.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem tollen, kleinen aber gemütlichen Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leider haben wir von der Agentur nicht viele Informationen erhalten, aber durch den persönlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern, konnten alle Fragen geklärt werden. Diese waren stets freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. In der nähren Umgebung ist alles vorhanden und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne würden wir unseren Familienurlaub wieder in diesem tollen Haus verbringen.
