The house is located in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, within a few minutes' walk you can reach both the center and the countryside, in the directly adjacent spa gardens, parks and in the Saalachau. If you have the desire to experience Bad Reichenhall from above, the local mountains are also within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and very green. Restaurants and cafes can be found in the nearby city center.
We rent a cozy basement apartment in our "old villa, which is located in the heart of the holiday and spa town of Bad Reichenhall (Kurzone 1). The apartment has a size of 40 square meters and consists of a living room / bedroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. The villa has a large garden, which is also available for use. Parking spaces for cars and parking spaces for bicycles are available on the property.
Despite the basement, the apartment is bright and friendly thanks to the many windows. Access to the apartment (in the hallway) is not only for the advertised apartment, but also the entrance to the basement and washroom of the host family.
The privacy of the guests is of course guaranteed and the entrance is rarely used by the family.
The apartment is in an "old villa", which is occupied by the landlord and your family, so it can be contacted personally or by phone.
