Novi Vinodolski. The holiday flat is located on an 80 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and 3 parking spaces in front of the house. Where each vehicle is parked must be agreed with the homeowner.
