The apartment has 120 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a villa.
A spacious living room with a wonderful little winter garden invites you to relax and unwind.
There is a parent's bedroom with a bed 1.80 m wide and a couch, as well as a smaller children's bedroom with an electrically adjustable box spring bed 1.40 m wide.
The garden is fantastic and breakfast can be taken in a separate sitting area.
There is a small private terrace for guests to enjoy their meals on.
The train connection on the island of Usedom can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
The Usedom Baths Railway also runs in the direction of Greifswald, Stralsund and the island of Rügen.

Es ist eine Unterkunft mit viel Platz und zwei schöne Bäder mit Dusche. Auch der Pool und das Ambiente des Hauses und Grundstücks sind in einwandfrei Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern fanden wir auch sehr in Ordnung ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Ein nachteil ist leider die zu klein Küche die auch zu wenig Ausstattung hat für fünf Personen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte man auch an einigen Stellen noch verbessern.

Schöne Wohnung, sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet

Es war fast alles gemäss Ausschreibung, die Wohnung ist gross, sauber und zweckmässig mit schönem Wintergarten. Nur ein ganz grosses minus, wir hatten uns auch für diese Wohnung entschieden, weil es einen Pool im Garten hat. Dieser Pool war aber leider ausser Betrieb. Ich fand es sehr unglücklich, dass wir nicht informiert wurden, sondern es erst vor Ort erfahren haben. Unsere Enttäuschung war riesig!

Verträumte FeWo mitten im Wald

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Geräumig und zwei Badezimmer. Die Aussenanlage mit Pool ist auch sehr schön.

Oma, Mama, Papa , 2 Ki. 12 und 13 fühlten sich gut aufgehoben und somit war es für uns ein entspannt

Dieses Fewhg. bietet genügend Platz . Sehr ruhig, abgelegen und trotzdem nicht weit zu verschiedene Usedomstrände. 20 bis 30 min. mit dem 🚗 oder stdl mit der Bahn. Wir genossen die Stunden am Pool und die Kinder freute es sehr. Danke für Tipps, die wir bekommen haben.

Familienurlaub mit Kindern

Es war ein gelungener Familienurlaub. Der Pool ist ein Highlight bei dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnungsgröße ist für eine Familie mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage ist abseits vom Strand sowie von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Küche könnte noch etwas aufgestockt werden mit z. B Wasserkocher und Minibackofen. Es ist aber alles wirklich sehr sauber und einladend und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür

2 Wochen Sommerurlaub in Buddenhagen

In der großzügigen, luftigen Wohnung im Dachgeschoss war es auch im bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur noch angenehm. Großes Wohnzimmer, großes Schlafzimmer mit gutem Bett. Die ruhige FeWo bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Usedom und in Umland. zum Bahnhof mit UBB-Anschluss ca. 1,5 km Allerdings ist die die Küchenzeile für Gäste, die viel selbst kochen, etwas knapp ausgestattet. An die Lage unter der Dachschräge sollten sich großgewachsene Gäste schnell gewöhnen. Der Eingang wird von zwei friedlichen Hunden bewacht. Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist vorhanden. Sitzgruppe und Grill im Garten zur Nutzung für die Gäste vorhanden.

Urlaub an der Ostsee 2020

Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad zu erkunden, liegt unmittelbar an einem wunderschönen Fahrradweg nach Wolgast. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig zu erreichen, von wo man alle Seebäder bis nach Polen rein gut und günstig erreichen kann. Sehr ruhig, fernab vom Massenbetrieb der Seebäder. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit

Eine sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Gute Distanz zu den Hot Spots Usedom und Stralsund! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung müssen noch ergänzt werden.
