Our front desk team is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and 24-hour security ensures peace of mind throughout your stay. We also provide full assistance via phone or messaging whenever you need it.

Please note that the room accommodates a maximum of two guests. The names and number of guests must be provided upon reservation, and minors under 15 years old are not accepted under any circumstances.

We kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Please be considerate with the volume of the TV and conversations, as many guests are resting or working.
• Smoking & Substances:
Smoking, vaping, and the use or possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the suite and throughout the building.
• Visitors:
For security and privacy reasons, access is limited exclusively to registered guests. Visitors or unregistered persons are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Parties & Gatherings:
To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, parties, events, or any type of gathering inside the accommodation are not permitted.
• Garbage Removal:
If you have excess trash, please notify us through the app so our staff can collect it. (Alternatively, you may place it in the container located at the Roof Garden corner, ensuring bags are tightly closed.)
• Respect for Shared Spaces:
Please keep common areas clean and orderly for the comfort of all guests.
