The ideal apartment for 2 people, with a large double bed in the cozy living room / bedroom and a clean bathroom and kitchen!

The property is opposite the U6 Alser Straße subway station, the perfect entry point to discover all of Vienna. Or you can set off on foot and reach the center of the city via one of the many shopping streets.

The apartment has the charm of an old Viennese apartment with large white doors and beautiful parquet floors, but is modern and offers everything for a wonderful stay in Vienna.

The compact kitchen is well equipped, everything is there for a breakfast with coffee and toasts, even more sophisticated dishes can be prepared.
There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.

The shower cubicle and the wash basin are right next to the kitchen, but sparkling clean and equipped with towels, soap and shampoo.

Well-appointed little flat, but right on Gürtel and loud in summer. Likely a lot quieter in winter.

This was a clean, bright flat with all the basic necessities. I stayed here for three weeks at the end of summer, and because the weather was hot I needed to keep the windows open for ventilation. Because of this the apartment was very loud both day and night because it is right beside the Gürtel (a main boulevard in the city), and also by a major cross street and there is also a U station right across the street with frequent trains. However, none of this is the property owner's fault... it is just the location is not necessarily ideal for peaceful sleep in the summer if you need to keep the windows open. Although bonus was that access to transit is readily available, and catching a taxi any time of the day or night is trivial because there are always many taxis on the Gürtel. When you can keep the windows closed, the flat is a lot quieter. The landlady was very responsive to my questions and requests, and fresh linens were made available when I wanted them. The apartment had all the basic necessities for cooking and also included a washing machine so I could do laundry when needed.

Vier Tage in Wien

Eine tolle Lage, um in Wien unterwegs zu sein. Verkehrsmäßig natürlich laut am Inneren Gürtel, aber wenn man das Fenster zu und den Rollladen unten hat, stört es wenig. Direkt oben im Haus unten eine gute Gastwirtschaft und ein Chinese, die U-Bahn-Station direkt gegenüber. Störend war nur der Geruch im Treppenhaus aufgrund des feuchten Hauskellers.

Wien ist eine wunderbare Stadt. Wir hatten ein Traumwetter. Wir haben Wien genossen. Die Wohnung liegt genau an einem ungeheuer befahrenen Strassengürtel. Wir mussten die Fenster ständig geschlossen halten wegen des Lärmes. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht nicht nocheinmal buchen.
