Welcome to Borden Bungalow, your cozy lakefront hideaway on beautiful Borden Lake in Garrison, Minnesota. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow sits just steps from the shoreline and offers peaceful views, comfort, and that perfect Northwoods getaway feel.

Inside, the living room and kitchen share one large open-concept space, and that entire room overlooks the lake — giving you gorgeous views while cooking, relaxing, or gathering with family. A highlight of the home is the screened-in porch, which also has a clear lake view and offers a comfortable, bug-free place for coffee, reading, or watching wildlife. There is also a sofa bed in the screened porch for additional sleeping if you choose to do so.

For summer comfort, the bungalow stays cool with air-conditioning wall units (no central AC) in the main living space, along with fans to keep air circulating. Heat and electricity are available year-round.

Outside, unwind around the fire pit, relax in the swinging hammocks, or take the paddle boat out for a relaxing cruise. The water in front of the bungalow is clear and swimmable. Borden Lake is especially known for crappie fishing, along with bass, walleye, northern pike, bluegill, perch, and rock bass.

There’s a public boat launch nearby, and you can even boat right up to a local lakeside bar/restaurant. The bungalow is minutes from Mille Lacs Lake, 15 minutes to Crosby which is full of shopping, dining, and outdoor attractions. Grand Casino Mille Lacs is 8 minutes from the bungalow. Garrison also offers a free shuttle that will pick you up at the property and take you to local bars or restaurants — and bring you back safely. We look forward to hosting you at this cozy escape.

WINTER NOTE (Important Information)
Winter stays are welcome!
From roughly November–March, TeeMo Bungalow has heat and electricity but NO running water.
Guests must bring their own water for drinking, cooking, washing, and flushing the toilet (the toilet works with water you provide). This is common for seasonal cabins in the area and we want to be fully transparent.
