Die Wohnung ist sozusagen in die Jahre gekommen. z.B. ein Fenster im Essbereich ist milchig. Es hat Luft gezogen. Dieser Zustand war bereits im letzten Jahr vorhanden. Und das kleine Schränkchen im Bad unterhalb des Waschbeckens hat an den Kanten teilweise keine Farbe mehr. Sie ist abgeblättert.
