We really enjoyed our stay here! Clean and nice home, loaded with amenities. Wish we'd been staying longer, because the home had more than we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, all the beds were very comfortable. They have a great little concessions setup (hygiene needs, some food/beverage items) as well. Serene, private backyard. Host was very responsive and helpful. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful and welcoming home. It was absolutely immaculate and had a lot of consideration for us to enjoy and have a smooth stay. The neighborhood is very clean and safe! We were able to get to the amphitheater in a timely manner as well. So much fun stuff to do around the area. This is definitely a vrbo you want to stay at. It was very roomy and the beds were so comfortable. We will be definitely booking again for up coming events. Tony was very responsive when I had a question before our stay. Everyone in the group was impressed! Thank you for making this a memorable trip for us

We had a great stay at this VRBO rental in Plumas Lake and would definitely come back. The home was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and very helpful whenever we had a question.The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and felt safe, which made it perfect for relaxing. It seems that the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable as we all slept good!Overall, this was a very comfortable and stress-free stay. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice house in Plumas Lake.

We'd stayed here before and enjoyed it. On a return trip, had an overnight booked here again. Never received the "24 hours prior" communication about check-in (with property access code). We were running behind, so I'd messaged about 5:30pm to let owner know when we'd be arriving. Got a communication an hour later stating "housekeeper didn't make beds, her car broke down," and an offer to knock some money off the price. No access code provided still (3 hours past check-in). Initially I wanted to be understanding and accept this, but who knows how many people were there, or how long they stayed, or whether the place was wrecked? Not cleaned is not cleaned. And what we got was "sorry for the mix up." After almost 8 hours of driving! "Sorry for the mix up" isn't "the housekeeper couldn't make it." It's an admission that our arrival was forgotten. Hence, no access code provided the day before. Had to contact VRBO directly to cancel and request full refund. And we had to drive an additional 2 hours and book a hotel room. Someone who stayed there before us paid that cleaning fee, and the location didn't get cleaned. Think about that before you book.

Communication was always quick and received well. The house was as described. It was immaculately clean inside, the decor was warm and welcoming. The couches were comfortable as were all the beds! The living space was great, enough room for a family to be together comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and well maintained. The host has a pantry stocked with small items you may have forgotten that are for sale. It is a very nice touch. We stayed here to attend a concert at the Hard Rock, very close and easy to get to.
