The rural holiday apartment "Almrausch" is located in Ramsau near Berchtesgaden in a Bavarian house with a painted facade in the middle of a beautiful mountain landscape. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs and board games. A baby bed and high chair are also available upon request. The outdoor area boasts a balcony with a hanging chair, which can be reached from the staircase. Here you can enjoy the fantastic view and recover from adventurous excursions such as the popular "Zauberwald" Ramsau (4.2 km) or winter sports. The Hochschwarzeck cable car is 6.2 km away from the accommodation and a restaurant (550 m) as well as a supermarket (800 m) are within walking distance.

Große und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Pros: Die Vermieterin Franziska Balthasar ist wirklich ultranett und hilft wo sie nur kann. Das WLAN ist stark und die Waschmaschine stand für die kurze Wäsche zwischwendurch parat. Die Bushaltestelle Hochkalter ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und man kann viele Ausflüge direkt von der Wohnung aus starten. Wenn man abends was essen gehen will empfehlen wir in Ramsau die Waldquelle mit einer Top-Küche und großen Portionen. Morgens ist direkt nebenan die Bäckerei Niedermayer mit sehr guten Brötchen. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Cons: Nebenan war eine große Baustelle und früh war bereits einiges an Lärm. Leider liegt die Ferienwohnung direkt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße in Ramsau und da herrscht einiges an Verkehr. Der Balkon liegt nicht direkt an der Wohnung. Man musste über den Hausflur um darauf zu gelangen. Wir haben ihn deshalb nicht genutzt, was wir eigentlich Schade fanden, denn die lauen Sommernächte haben dazu eingeladen.
