Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Replace all chairs, cushions, and equipment where originally located;
Turn the central A/C to 78° in the summer and Heat Unit to 65° in the winter at the thermostat in the hallway.
All animal feces must be picked up and disposed of in the outdoor trashcan prior to check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Reservations and payments will ONLY be accepted through VRBO. No checks, cash, or off-platform transfers will even be considered! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
• All communication MUST remain on VRBO message thread for documentation and safety of both the homeowner and the guests. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
