A large deck with BBQ grill is directly off the kitchen. A spiral staircase off the kitchen decking will take you up to a fiberglass deck that provides breathtaking views. The recently renovated Master Bedroom and Bath suite with queen bed is also on this level. Finally this top level has an additional half bath.

Convenient tractor-tram helps families get to the ocean. The short boardwalk at the end of the block connects to the tram. It's a great convenience for elderly persons or young families with children. It runs about every 20 minutes from 10 am until 5 pm with a one hour interruption from 1-2 for the driver's lunch.

Specialized sand wheel chairs are available to rent from the town. The Municipal offices are on 8th street where you can get updated events going on in town. Additional beach badges can be purchased on 10th St. adjacent to the tennis courts. The sunsets from the large decking off the kitchen are incredible. The nights are magic.
