Welcome to “The Sea Pearl.” Our newly remodeled home is centrally located in the central coast beach town of Cayucos, California. This home features a view of the Morro Bay rock with an outside deck for enjoying the ocean breeze. Take a three minute drive into the heart of Cayucos to enjoy local shops, good food, and a walk on the pier. “The Sea Pearl” is your unique and tranquil getaway while visiting the Central Coast.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather all used towels and put them in the bathtub. Strip all sheets off of the beds and place them in the laundry basket provided in the laundry room.
Take all trashes out and place them in the large grey can provided on the driveway. Please remember to turn off all lights, TV, heater, stove, and oven.
As you exit, place your key card in the center of the handle, and it will automatically say lock, then turn the square knob to the right. Please remember to return your key card to the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take beach towels to the beach. Please leave bath towels for showers and bathing. Thank you!
