Welcome to our holiday home "Boddenkutter". Enjoy your vacation in this individually furnished holiday home with a BODDEN VIEW with great attention to detail. The holiday home is wheelchair accessible * on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are three more bedrooms on the upper floor. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a view of the bay, and a room with two single beds. Furthermore, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and whirlpool and a TV. All bedrooms also have a TV. The terrace and balcony invite you to linger with garden furniture, loungers and parasols. In the garden there is a grill area, a sandpit and a swing for the little fellow travelers.
We are happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.
Bed linen (€ 10) and towels (€ 7) can also be booked.
* The house does not fully comply with the accessibility requirements for fully usable apartments with a wheelchair according to DIN 18040-2.

Wunderschönes Haus, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und es hat uns an diesem Wochenende an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist top modern eingerichtet und verfügt überall über Fußbodenheizung worüber ich als Allergikerin sehr dankbar war. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und auch mit den Eigentümern lief super. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und überall gibt es Fernseher. Das kleinere Haus indem sich der Billardtisch und die Saune befinden war auch super ausgestattet. Besonders die Sauna war im November wunderbar. Es gab auch überall tolle Beleuchtung. Die Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch, nicht weit vom Haus gibt es einen Zugang zum Boddengewässer wo man schön spazieren gehen kann. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Vier Pensionäre aus NRW haben heute ihre Jahrestour in Born beendet. Diese Landschaft und besonders dieses Haus haben uns absolut begeistert. Die langen Touren am Tag , die Sauna am Abend und die Billard Turniere im Hobbyraum haben uns begeistert

Ein toller Ort, um einfach mal zu entspannen!

Wir waren zu fünft und benötigten vier Schlafzimmer. Dieses Haus kann nicht nur genau das bieten, sondern noch so viel mehr. Eine große Terrasse, ein eigenes Gebäude mit Billard, Dart und Sauna inklusive Ruhebereich. Eine moderne, offene Küche und genügend Platz, sich auch einmal aus dem Weg gehen zu können. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter lief super. Danke, dass wir da sein durften - wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Mit diesem Ferienhaus wird der Urlaub perfekt! Es ist stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Egal wo man hinschaut, man erblickt immer wieder weitere tolle Details. Es ist viel Platz und es fehlt an nichts! Wir kommen gern wieder! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!

Großes, modernes, schönes Haus

Wir waren nur zu viert und hatten deshalb sehr viel Platz. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, modern und sauber, die Bäder sind großzügig und mit ausreichend Ablagefläche (auch für 8 Personen), die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, aber nicht mit Deko überladen. Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig und hell und hat einen herrlichen Kamin. Wir haben es wirklich genossen, dort zu sein!

Wir haben uns im Boddenkutter sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Der Blick auf den Bodden ist wunderbar. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch ist es zum Supermarkt nicht weit.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Born.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen und einen schönen Urlaub zu verleben. Lage am Ortsrand bietet entsprechend Ruhe, dazu Blick auf den Bodden. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen.
