My host and his wife is so friendly had my mom 69th bday party there and they was great with helping with parking and very understanding when extra people came by to celebrate with us Awsome house will definitely recommend people to try them

Savvy Street Retreat is lovely and has a great view! We stayed for a weekend in April 2026 and really enjoyed our visit. The house had everything we needed, was comfortable and was well appointed. The house and yard are immaculate. The homeowner was a pleasure to work with and believes in customer service. I hope that we can return sometime.

It is a beautiful property on Lake Bowen that we plan on visiting again. From the inside decor to the outside landscaping everything was immaculate. The back deck overlooking the lake was massive and wonderfully furnished. Also the fire pit area was wonderful and we really enjoyed that experience. The inside of the home was perfectly decorated and finished. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. I can’t say enough about our weekend trip to Lake Bowen at this property.

Such a lovely home on Lake Bowen! Everything was so well appointed, brand new, and very clean. The furniture was so comfortable we checked the brand to add one of those chairs to our house! The back of the house looks right out on the lake with floor-to-ceiling windows. Two living rooms both with TVs. We caught fish right off the dock with the poles and lures from the house. We didn't have time to get out on the water but the host provides self powered water craft. It looks like the house is situated on the lake in a low wake zone, so we didn't see speedboats zooming by. We stayed here while watching a theee day horse show at Tryon International Equestrian Center - a 20 min drive. And it is convenient to Spartanburg. A great house!
