The Space:

Casa W is a brand new villa on a large 8350sf private property in a GATED community (Enclave - HOA) boasting an exquisite 8 bedroom /9 bath luxury jungle oasis. Situated less than 5 minutes by car away from the vibrant downtown area and beaches, this home is close to everything from beach clubs, local boutiques, museums, designer shops, art galleries, Mayan ruins and award-winning restaurants.



Sleeping arrangements for 26 guests are as follows:

- 4 King Bedrooms with ensuite. Includes one Bridal Suite!

- 3 Double Queen Bedrooms with ensuite

- 1 Double Queen and Two Single Bunkbeds with ensuite

- ALL bedrooms open out to the pool with full slider doors



Weddings & Events:

The home has been designed to host large groups, weddings, family reunions, yoga and corporate retreats. The rooftop is a 2200SF wedding oasis with room to host a dinner of up to 50+ people plus dance floor and raised wedding platform etc.



Neighboring Home:

- For LARGE Groups and weddings etc, we also have another home in Tulum Enclave HOA( 200 ft away) - Casa Kefi - a 6 bedroom luxury jungle oasis that sleeps up to 16. So between both villas we can sleep 42 guests over 14 bedrooms, and host events, wedding, corporate retreat, family reunions



Enclave HOA

- The villa is in gated community called Enclave which has eight beuatiful homes. As a result, we ask that our guests to respect our neighbors by not having loud outside noise after 11pm.



Private Chef

- the home has a private chef dedicated to you during your entire stay. Please enquire about details - menus, cost of services (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

⭑ Our concierge service will be in touch and assist with the reservation once booked to ensure a seamless experience!



Pool:

⭑ Anyone under 18 needs an adult present while swimming or near the pool for safety.

⭑ No diving and no glass near the pool - we supply plastic wine glasses and cups so this isn't needed. :)

⭑ All guests will take full liability and responsibility for their own and their guests’ safety.

⭑ Pool service is every Tuesday and Friday. They will let themselves in.



Gardener:

⭑ Gardening service is once a week. Again they will let themselves in.



HOA:

The unit is in an HOA (Enclave) with 11 properties - it's safe and secure. :)

Electricity:

⭑ Electricity in Tulum town is provided by CFE. Though it is rare, it has happened that they cut electricity without notice. This circumstance is beyond our control. We will always be available to call CFE if their service fails, although we cannot be held responsible.
