I chose the house because of how close it was to The Beverly Mansion where we were attending a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Clean, family-friendly, cozy country home. Patti was very attentive in communicating. Would definitely recommend!

We we're in for work so we didnt get to enjoy it properly. But the house and area are great. Patti is a wonderful host. If you're in the area it's a great place to stay!

The location was nice, the garage door pad worked sometimes. The host didn't respond to calls and texts for many hours when the A/C went out, but did refund us a little bit for the inconvenience of a day without A/C in the summer. Extra cleaning fees were unexpected after leaving the house in good condition.

The house was so clean!!! The only thing unsettling was it appeared someone lived there. Food in fridge moved to bottom shelves, cupboards full of food and clothes in the closet. I wish I knew before. I still would have rented, it truly was cute and clean. Out in the country. I put chairs under the door handles in case “someone came home” but it was definitely unfounded fear on my part. I would definitely rent again!
