Perfect little one-bedroom unit with kitchen and living area. Worked great for our visit to a nearby family member, offered exactly what we needed. Good communication, easy parking, nice and quiet location.

Tiny but very clean and quiet. Close to downtown and a value for the money. Couch was uncomfortable but we spent very little time in the room.

The host was very quick to answer my questions and sent someone promptly when I had an amenable concern (Doug was delightful to meet, shared lots of info about the surrounding plant life). The unit is small and clean, perfect for a couple. The patio was a nice place to read in the sunshine. The property has two units on one property, so you are sharing the yard and parking lot with another guest (this was not a concern for me but was surprised because the pictures did not give the impression). It is a closely built neighborhood, so when you see the alleyways, you're in the right area.
