Located on beautiful Walloon Lake with all the summer activities that offers, including a dock for your boat or a rental. Close to Petoskey and the famous Gaslight Shopping district and restaurants, and close to the Walloon Lake Village. Boyne Mountain and Nubs Nob are also nearby for skiing enthusiasts. Hiking and biking trails abound in the area. The recently remodeled cozy bungalow offers two bedrooms and a sofa bed, two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. A wrap around deck with spectacular sunset views and views of the lake.
