Our townhome is located near I-75, about 9 miles (10-15 min) from LakePoint Sports Complex. Also nearby: Lake Allatoona, Piedmont Cartersville Hospital, Hyundai Plant, and much more! Plenty of space, with three bedrooms (master downstairs), each with their own full bathroom (including bath amenities) and a loft area with futon. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with access to a community pool and playground. The property is well stocked and includes an in-home washer and dryer.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check out time is 10:00 am. Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the load.

Leave beds unmade and put dirty towels in a pile in the bathrooms. Please empty bathroom trash into the main kitchen trash can or the large trash bin outside.

Leave the thermostat at 68 in the cooler months and 74 in the warmer months. Turn off all lights and fans upstairs and downstairs.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
