Goldfinch Retreat in Eagle, ID
Your cozy getaway awaits in Eagle at this welcoming two-story home. This six-bedroom house has a comfortable lived-in feel with plenty of space for the whole family. The bedrooms feature a mix of king, queen, twin, and bunk beds that sleeps 18+. The house is perfect for families or large groups. Climate control keeps the atmosphere comfortable year-round. Whether gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying quiet moments, guests will find a tremendous place to call home.
On the main floor, the kitchen and dining room are perfect for large or small groups with an open layout. There is a large family room connected to the dining/kitchen area and a smaller living room off the entryway for a quieter setting. The well-stocked kitchen is ready to host large groups with plenty of counterspace and appliances. This floor has the main bedroom (king bed and twin over twin bunkbed), a large bathroom with jetted tub and huge walk-in shower, and a connected walk-in closet perfect for storage or a quiet place for sleeping babies. The main floor also has a half bath and a quiet bedroom (queen bed) at the front of the house.
Upstairs has two bedrooms with a queen bed each. A third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin over twin bunkbed and trundle underneath. The large bonus room has yet another queen bed with a twin over full bunkbed with space for watching TV or playing games. Upstairs has a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo and toilet separate from the double sinks.
The backyard has a spacious patio with a barbeque and a firepit. There is a play structure for the kids and plenty of grass to run around the completely fenced yard. Pets are welcome with an extra deposit.
Parking is extremely spacious, accommodating up to 5 vehicles in the driveway.
Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood with a no-noise curfew after 10pm. Without prior written consent, there are absolutely no large gatherings or house parties as the group size is limited to number of overnight guests.
