Gather around the fire pit on our massive wooden deck under the warm glow of the string lights. We added plenty of Adirondack chairs so everyone has a seat for evening conversations.
This open concept space features a comfy black sofa with colorful pillows right next to the kitchen island. It is the perfect setup for chatting with the cook while enjoying a drink.
Enjoy al fresco meals at the large outdoor dining table on the covered portion of the deck. The gas grill is right there ready for your BBQ night.
We styled this bedroom with a plush white bed and vibrant yellow and red throw pillows to pop against the exposed brick. The large city art canvas above the headboard adds a cool urban touch.

This place was exceptionally clean. The parking in back was great because the front was always crowded. Plenty of place settings and cooking items available. Located within short distances from coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, expo center, Churchill downs, and others.
