This old water mill welcomes you to La Roche Jaudy, a town in the heart of Térgor, between the two character towns of Pontrieux and Tréguier.

La Roche Jaudy is a small Breton town with half-timbered houses. It is located at the foot of the river Jaudy. The cottage is elevated and offers a magnificent view of the river. The location is ideal to relax in peace and enjoy the surrounding nature. The nearby Jaudy river allows you to go fishing and canoeing (Base des Prajou, La Roche-Derrien 3 km). In the surrounding area, don't miss the Château de la Roche Jagu in Ploëzal (11 km) and the Château de Tonquédec (19 km). Jardins de Kerfouler (9 km) and Kerdalo (13 km) will enchant nature lovers who will discover colorful and picturesque themed gardens.

Paimpol and its beaches are only 20 km away and offer you relaxation, swimming and many water sports. Other activities await you, including the Armoripark leisure center in Bégard (15 km), the tree climbing course ?Vivons Perchés? in Pleumeur-Bodou (28 km) or the Trégomeur Zoo (40 km). Gourmets can indulge their palate by tasting the local specialties: Breton pancakes, seafood platters, cider, etc. You are spoiled for choice!

déception concernant l'aménagement extérieur de la maison

L'extérieur n'est pas entretenu. L'accès à la rivière impossible contrairement aux photos présentées sur le site de réservation. On n'a donc pas profiter de l'extèrieur comme on l'aurait voulu. Pour ce qu'il y a de l'intérieur de la maison, rien à redire. Cependant, nous avons découvert une très belle région.

Charmant moulin légèrement vétuste

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce moulin, le cadre est très agréable et à proximité en voiture de lieux à découvrir ! Points positifs : la cuisine est assez bien équipée, wifi et télévision disponibles et la cabine de douche a été changée ! Léger bémol, la literie et le lave vaisselle sont un peu vieillots.
