- Apartment located on the 4th floor.

- Features air conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living area.

- The accommodation does not have hot water, nor washer or ironing services.

- The building does not offer luggage storage service.

- Includes standard amenities such as one towel per guest, an amenities kit with hotel soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing soap.

During Your Stay

- Check-in: The apartment has an electronic lock with a code provided prior to arrival.

- Guest Registration: You must submit the details of all guests before check-in to authorize entry.

- Self check-in: Available at any time, no staff required.

- Building Registration: At check-in, a mandatory payment must be made at the building’s reception (amount not yet defined by the administration) per person for registration and issuance of a wristband valid for the entire stay. This wristband is required to access the common areas. (SOHO does not intervene in this charge.) This fee may vary annually according to the building assembly’s decisions.

Taxis are also available for direct access, and walking or biking is ideal for discovering Puerto Gaira and nearby shops.
