The apartment was better than described! It was easy to locate with free on site parking. It was a little confusing communicating with the concierge as we do not know any Bulgarian, but we got by with pointing and hand signals. The apartment was very clean, there was plenty of cozy lounge space to relax in, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were clean and functional. There was plenty of storage space for skis and ski equipment. The location was around 10 minutes walk to the gondola and 5-10 minutes to the bars and supermarkets. Some minor things could make it perfect. We could not find any cleaning products for any kitchen spills, and could have also done with some kitchen towel, as well as coffee mugs that fit the machine. Hot water seemed to run out for baths, but for showers it was fine. Also some more side lamps for the bedroom and lounge for reading would have been nice. Last but not least, the host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment! *****
