Shared building outdoor Pool w/deck, direct access to beach& ocean.
Laundry room & Ice Cube machine in the building.
Walk to Pier, Boardwalk, Ocean Center, popular Ocean Deck restaurant, famous Peabody & Daytona Lagoon, shops, etc.
Convenience store opened recently (in short driving distance)

Non-smoking condo.
Guests can relax in the beautiful living room, watching a pleasant show on the newer smart TV, while the modern TV console's fireplace is on for the looks.
Wi-Fi service & TV cable provided by Spectrum.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The check-out is at 10am and it's easy: Leave the ceiling fan ON. Put used towels in the shower or in the humper. Do not strip the bed. Keep the bedding items, cover and pillows, etc. in the bed.
Please leave the parking pass on the kitchen cabinet counter. After locking the door, place the key inside the keybox, close it, and shuffle the numbers. Best, LaVi
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For lost or missing parking pass or key will be a $30 replacement charge each; Guests responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning

Lavi was an excellent host! She was very accommodating with our early check in because we arrived earlier than intended and also left a birthday card for me. The place itself was very clean, had plenty towels and a BEAUTIFUL ocean view. Very affordable and well kept place to stay if you’re in the area, the building is outdated but I liked it personally. Wake up to watch the sunrise, the balcony has the perfect view.
