The Casa Damiano 1935 holiday home is located in the heart of the village of Villasimius and boasts a central location. The cottage has a comfortable living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and a small terrace. The property can therefore accommodate 7 people. It also has air conditioning and cable TV. The house is located close to shops and is in front of the bus stop that leads to all the main beaches. The long beach of Simius, with its gorgeous white sand, is 800m away and can be reached on foot with a very pleasant walk along the sea road. Other beaches are about 3 to 6 km away.
Parking is available on the property and on the road. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
