Located in North Augusta, this gorgeous house offers plenty of space with five bedrooms, including two queen beds, two twin beds, a full bed, and a crib. Guests will appreciate five bathrooms, some featuring a bathtub and bidet for added comfort. Main house with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, LV, front porch, deck, 2 1/2 baths, loft area and MIL suite with kitchen, laundry, LV, master bed and bath
We are so excited to share our amazing home with you. Its 4000 square feet, not including deck and garage of course. We have a large 1 acre lot with lots of privacy. Older neighborhood with beautiful tress.
Our residence is very close to local amentities such as restaurants, stores, fast food: Pablos Mexican Subway, BK, Chick Fil A, Arby's, Bojangles, Sonic, McDonalds, Waffle House, and Zaxbys, QT, Parkers Kitchen, Walmart, Food Lion, Dollar General AND 15 min drive to Masters Tournament

Flat lot driveway, room for 5-6 cars, 1 acre lot, tucked in wooded area neighborhood entitled, "Pinewood Plantation". Our neighborhood is quiet and it is the perfect place to walk outdoors. We have a huge deck available for guests and a large backyard with hammock and fire pit. Outdoor chairs will be available. Deck can seat 6-8 guests and has evening lighting. MIL suite has private front door entrance and both houses are connected with an inside hallway.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all the sheets and towels in the laundry room downstairs in the provided baskets; sheets separate from towels please.
Please be sure all the lights are turned off and the trash is put in the trash bins by the driveway. Please do not throw loose trash in the can; trash must be in a bag.
Do not lock indoor doors in between houses (exiting main house, heading to MIL suite)--be sure to lock all exterior doors before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
