Villa surrounded by a peaceful residence at the gates of Scopello and the "Zingaro" nature reserve. The structure on the ground floor has a large covered parking, veranda with outdoor bbq, stone shower and laundry closet and a nice game with basketball and ball to spend a few moments of movement. On the first floor is a spacious veranda with a removable canopy overlooking the marvelous vegetation composed of Mediterranean flowers and pine trees. On the back of the house there is a further covered veranda with a table, chairs and deck chairs. The Villa can accommodate up to eight people and is equipped with three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, a large living room with a sofa and two pieces of furniture that can become single beds, a full kitchen with a gas cooking corner. From the structure you can reach a football pitch and a tennis court just a few meters away, which are made available for the exclusive use of the residence's holiday makers. The structure is well served by some essential services. At 300 meters it is possible to find a bar, a supermarket and a newsstand. About a kilometer away, you can reach the wonderful pebble beach of Guidaloca, 2 kilometers away you can reach the beautiful village of Scopello and the famous "Faraglioni".
