The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off air conditioners and all lights.
Dispose of trash in the dumpster outside the complex near the guard station you pass on your drive in. Is located on Avenida Laguna.
Return the blue token (and possible physical keys) to the Advantage office and lock main door using electronic lock only.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be staying in the Estrella Dominicus complex. The complex has a set of rules that are given to the guess and/or posted on the door.
Late Check-Out Policy
We understand that travel plans can require a little extra time, and we’re happy to accommodate late check-outs when possible.
Late Check-Out Fees:
After 12:00 PM and up to 4:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate (half-day charge)
After 4:00 PM: Full nightly rate will be charged
