Single-family home measuring 250m² in Medellín, Laurele neighborhood, with a 1.20 m deep pool and a 6-person hot tub in the inner courtyard, main dining room, balcony, 4.5 bathrooms with hot water, 5 bedrooms (master bedroom with air conditioning), WiFi, living room and hot tub with Smart TV, and street parking. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, and more.

You will stay in a house with independent access in the residential neighborhood of Laureles, Castellana sector, with access to the 2nd level by stairs.
Six minutes from the Adventist University of Colombia (UNAC), you can walk to Avenida 33 in five minutes. By car, you will find the Atanasio Girardot Stadium just nine minutes away and the second Laureles Park five minutes away.

You will have easy access to public transportation and supermarkets in the area. In addition, there is a public parking lot for additional vehicles just a few meters away.
Enrique Olaya Herrera Airport (EOH) is 5.9 km (17 minutes) away, and José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) is 26.3 km (40 minutes) away, depending on traffic.

Our staff cleans the property thoroughly every 8 days. You can use the laundry area at no extra cost; just bring your own detergent.
