"SON FERRERER DEN VOLA VOLA" with Mountain & Sea Views, Close to Palma

- Access to the accommodation is only permitted to registered/booked guests!
- Lighting fires, including barbecue, is strictly prohibited both inside the house and in the outdoor area!
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the outdoor area.
- Guests are responsible for their own waste disposal. The nearest waste disposal point is in the neighbouring village of Sant Jordi.
- All furniture and belongings must be back in their original place upon check-out.

Failure to comply with these rules may, at the discretion of the landlord, result in the deposit not being refunded. Similarly, the house will be inspected for condition after check-out. Poor condition of items or their theft may also result in the deposit being forfeited.

The pool will be opened from January 2022 onwards.

The finca "Son Ferrer den Vola Vola" has accommodation for 8 persons and is located 12.5km from Palma Airport. It impresses guests with its traditional Majorcan architecture and its quiet location in the middle of nature. This property is the perfect place for retirement. The 100 hectare plot of land offers tranquillity and plenty of space for walking, sports and there are also caves to explore, perfect for getting away from it all and getting lost. The large grounds allows total availability for parking cars.

As for the house, there are 518m² of constructed area, and it has a dining room, another living room with sofas, fully equipped kitchen, two porches with tables and sofas outdoors for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
breakfast, lunch or dinner, 5 double bedrooms (2 king size beds; 2 queen size beds; 1 double size bed) and 5 full bathrooms (3 of them integrated in the bedrooms). One of the Queen bedrooms has +2 extra single beds (ideal for 2 children).
Baby bathtub, baby crib and high chair are also available. All rooms have satellite TV and both living rooms have Smart TV.
Additional services include WIFI, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, table tennis, children's toys.
The area to cool off has a rustic pool measuring 3x2m and a depth of 1.20m which was previously a Mallorcan safreig and a solarium with hammocks and an umbrella. Soon we will also have a bar area and Balinese beds.

Schedules: Possibility of check in/out with Key Locker (contact the owner for the key) or in person with the owner.

A later check-out is possible for a fee, provided there are no new guests checking in on the same day. Please discuss this with your host after booking.
