The beautiful holiday home “Casa Nicoletta” is located in Baia Sant'Anna on the east coast of the island, just a few metres away from the beach. The charming house, which is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden and is situated on a fenced property, offers guests a high degree of privacy. Equipped with traditional Sardinian furniture and consisting of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms, the holiday home can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine as well as satellite television. The highlight of this accommodation is the outdoor area with a private garden, a covered terrace with garden furniture as well as a barbecue. Furthermore, a shared pool with a lifeguard on duty, an outdoor shower, a bar as well as a tennis court are located on the property. Relax in the morning with a hot cup of coffee in the garden and admire the beautiful surroundings. Parking spaces are available on the property. One set of bed linens and towels per person is included in the price. Please note that there is a small fee to use the tennis court. The pool is open from the 15th of June to the end of August.

The shared pool cannot be used.
