Der Aufenthalt war ok . Die lage bewerte ich für die preisleistung nur auf 3 sterne da man ohne auto weite wege hat . Gastgeber ist sehr nett . Und schnell vor ort wenn was ist da er in der nähe wohnt .

Urlaub umgeben von vielen Strandmöglichkeiten

Alles bestens, Unterkunft, Lage, Küchenausstattung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir durften sogar später auschecken als angegeben. Vielen Dank dafür. Einziger Kritikpunkt-die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Familienurlaub

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Fußläufig zur felsigen Küste und zum Natur Strand. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, ist bei Fragen stets hilfsbereit. Auch während des Aufenthaltes. Die Terrasse ist ganztägig sonnengeschützt, somit sind auch im Sommer alle Mahlzeiten draußen zu genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig

Haus ist sauber und die Lage ist mit der Strandnähe ok. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Leider war die Ausstattung unvollständig: es fehlten: Spülschwamm, -mittel, etwas Waschmittel, Müllbeutel, Salz,...also alles, wovon man man nur etwas braucht. Vor allem ein Ventilator. Fehlende Klimaanlage war angegeben, aber da die Nächte keine Abkühlung brachten (Sommer 2023, vor der Hitzewelle!), geht Schlafen eigentlich nicht. Ein Ventilator für die Schlafzimmer würde schon helfen. Mietauto auf jeden Fall ein muss, da die örtlichen Busse nur sehr sporadisch fahren. Strände und Wasser sehr schön und sauber.

L'impression globale a été plutôt bonne... petite améliorations à apporter : - compléter la batterie de cuisine - equiper d'un micro-ondes ou d'une bouilloire. Un lave vaisselle ou bien un égouttoir serait bienvenu. Dommage d'avoir retiré la climatisation , car bruits matinaux et nocturnes dus aux nombreux passages... Perceptibles les fenêtres Ouvertes pour la chaleur....un ventilateur aurait pu suffire. Merci.

Bellissima casa

Io, mio marito e nostra figlia abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 2 settimane. Zona tranquillissima nella baia di Sant'Anna, vicina al mare e a 5 minuti di macchina da Budoni. La casa è molto graziosa e perfetta per una coppia o una famiglia. Ha una veranda in cui mangiare all'aperto e un piccolo praticello. Siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno.
